This Privacy Policy explains how Outpost ("we," "us"), operated by [Legal entity name], collects, uses, and protects information when you use outpostfleet.com and the Outpost application (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to this Policy.
To provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service; to process payments; to communicate with you about your account and support; and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your Customer Data for advertising.
The Service runs on Google Firebase (Google Cloud) infrastructure, and payments are processed by Stripe. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. Data works offline on your device and syncs to our hosted database when a connection is available. We share information only with these service providers, when required by law, or to protect the Service — never with advertisers.
We keep Customer Data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward so you can export it. You can export your data to CSV at any time from within the Service. You may request deletion of your account data as described below.
We use role-based access controls, server-enforced permission rules, and reputable infrastructure to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to safeguard it.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these, contact us at james@outpostfleet.com and we'll respond as required by applicable law.
The Service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Policy; we'll post the new version here and update the effective date. Material changes will be communicated by reasonable means.
